Property securing and investigations
Often, a property may have been left unoccupied for some time, leaving it unsecured and in need of urgent attention. Ithilien Property Services specialise in being first on the scene and protecting the asset. We will investigate and provide feedback on what repairs may be required.
We attend properties where, sadly, the occupant has recently passed away inside and the last people to go in were emergency services and a coroner. If the occupant was suspected of hoarding items, we can attend initially to ascertain exactly what the situation is and report back to our clients. There isn't a lot we haven't seen or dealt with in the past and can confidently assist with next steps on cleaning and rejuvenating, if the property is to be sold.
